📝 How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account using any of the following methods:
In-App Deletion (Recommended)
Open PG Master app → Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account → Confirm deletion
Email Request
Send an email to our support with subject "Account Deletion Request" including your registered email/phone number
Processing Time
Your account will be deleted within 30 days of receiving your request. You'll receive a confirmation email once completed.
💡 Before You Delete
Please consider the following before deleting your account:
- Download any important data or reports you may need
- Settle any pending payments or dues
- Inform your tenants if you're a PG owner
- Cancel any active subscriptions
- This action cannot be reversed
